Welcome to RLY Craft. By accessing our website and purchasing custom wax seals, wedding invitations, stationery, signage, accessories, or personalized paper goods, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Custom Orders & Design Rights
When you upload a logo, artwork, wedding wording, monogram, invitation design, or reference image for a custom project, you confirm that you have the legal right to use that material. RLY Craft is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement arising from designs provided by customers. We reserve the right to refuse designs that we deem inappropriate or illegal.
2. Product Accuracy
Due to the artisanal nature of custom wax seals, wedding stationery, acrylic signage, printed paper, and the precision milling process, minor variations in color, material texture, engraving depth, print finish, or placement may occur. Digital proofs are provided for custom orders; once approved, the design is considered final and enters production.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Full payment is required before custom production begins.
Proof deposits for custom wax seal stamp requests are credited toward the final custom stamp order and cover initial proof review and artwork preparation. Free design adjustments are included before engraving, and no engraving begins until the customer approves the final proof.
4. Limitation of Liability
RLY Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
