1. Custom Made Items

Due to the highly personalized nature of custom wax seals, hand-held embossers, custom logo stamps, wedding invitations, save the dates, signage, table plans, and table stationery, these items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. We provide digital proofs or confirmation steps where applicable before custom production starts.

2. Defective or Damaged Goods

We stand by our craftsmanship. If your custom item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved digital proof, please contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and remake or send a replacement where appropriate.

3. Proof Deposits

The $1 proof deposit covers the initial custom proof review and artwork preparation for custom wax seal stamp requests. It is credited toward your final stamp order if you complete your custom stamp purchase.

Because our studio begins reviewing your request and preparing custom artwork after your image is submitted, proof deposits are not refundable once proof preparation has started. Free design adjustments are included before engraving. No engraving begins until you approve the final proof.

4. Premade Items & Accessories

For non-customized items such as premade wax stamps, melting spoons, blank wax sticks, and eligible accessories, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a request, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and respond within 24 hours.
